DEFECTIVE MATERIAL:
The purchased material is covered by the statutory warranty of two years from delivery. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only, excluding damage caused by use other than for the indicated applications or by incorrect assembly, excessive use or traffic accidents.
The guarantee in any case is limited to the replacement of the defective item with the exclusion of any charge for labour and any consequential damage.
The customer may choose whether to ask for a refund of the part: this sum will be credited when the manufacturer’s guarantee is acknowledged. (the waiting time can be up to several months), or request a replacement part. The latter will be charged upon delivery and only then will a refund be issued as soon as the manufacturer’s warranty is acknowledged. In the event that the item is not in stock, a cash refund will be issued.
All amounts shall be credited net of incidental expenses.
Notification of the defectiveness of the product shall be by e-mail to erraniteam@libero.it.
Requests sent in a different manner will not be taken into consideration. You will then be contacted by our staff for further instructions.
IMPORTANT! RETURNS WITH SIGNS OF ASSEMBLY, TAMPERING, DAMAGED PACKAGING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The material must be received in its original condition and guaranteed resalable.

CONSUMER RIGHTS (Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999)
Notice to the consumer on the right of withdrawal.
In the event that THE CONTRACT OF PURCHASE takes place OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS LOCATIONS, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree n.185 of 22/05/1999, which provides the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. This therefore includes distance purchases made by telephone, or via the Internet, whether delivered to the buyer’s home or collected from the company’s premises or from a point of presence in the territory.
To whom it applies
To natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business activity. Purchases made by retailers and/or VAT holders and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
What it consists of
The consumer has the right, within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. This right consists of the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal provides for the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not, therefore, possible to exercise partial withdrawal on part of the product purchased.
What it excludes:
The right does not apply to all products whose original seal has been removed or without its original packaging. All material that has been assembled on the car and bears obvious signs of assembly.
Refund processing time to the customer
Errani Team Ricambi will credit the customer with the amount paid, excluding shipping costs (where shipping costs are intended as transport costs relating to the RETURN of the goods), within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.
